"Staff member was really nice, polite and cordial. Menu is small but that always usually shows the quality of the restaurant. And it was really perfect! We enjoyed our dinner so much! We took fish appetizers and tuna tartar and both of them were unique in terms of taste and the serving. After we took the plateau of seafood for two. And again it was really one of the best we have ever tried. The salad as a side dish was super fresh and summerish. Not like usually you expect: oven potatoes or some grilled vegetables. For kids chef kindly prepared something out of menu that they enjoyed. Like Italians say complimenti allo chef!"

I'm really sorry that a place like this on Friday night is empty, you see that at Sarzana there is no culinary culture. we started with six delicious oysters, then anchovies to the cantabrian and fine beef tartare and cut them to the truffle very well, all accompanied by excellent rose champagne. French cuisine in Sarzana, although too many ignorant do not appreciate certain chiccherie. Our compliments, the people who understand.
