"Premitting that I am not a generous person of compliments but tonight I was particularly impressed. Typical and reserved environment (recognize to book because the places are limited that fits well with the modern and very elegant mise en place. The musical selection was also appreciated. The staff is very friendly and polite both in order and in the delivery of the dishes. What struck me was the kitchen. All dishes have a presentation that shaves the art and a wide use of creams and emulsions for the details of the dish. The ricotta tortelli had a delicate but well defined flavor that finely enhances the taste of the burrata, the basil foam was energetic, as a hint of flavor before the caress of the burrata. The tomato emulsion is an excellent example of extraction and concentration of the essence of the tomato flavor. Also all products are made or at the moment or in the day. Superlative in every aspect el Molin is really underestimated and I wonder how the Michelin guide had the courage to assign one star to this impeccable restaurant. The position is to say little breathtaking, the welcome to say little exceptional, we arrived with a great delay and we were warmly welcomed as the most appreciated guests, the tasting menu is a sublime path in the memories of chef Alessandro Gilmozzi, in his attention to the details and nature that reign supreme in his dishes, in every ingredient you perceive the great job of research, combined with a flipped mind. The chef is a brilliant artist who does not fear rivals, bold and temerary made me surprise every orchestrated ability impeccablely and follows the previous one without endless expectations! "Ottimo cibo, Ottimo posto e sicuramente un ristorante dove posso solo consigliare di andare. Caratteristico, con arredamento di montagna. Quindi tanto legno. Propone pizzeria e cucina. I piatti sono molto buoni e le porzioni sono corrette. Non vi riempirete ma nemmeno uscirete con ancora il senso di fame. L'importante è che sia cibo di qualità e su quello nulla da dire. Importante prenotare in quanto è sempre molto pieno. I tempi di attesa sono stati nella media. Dall'antipasto al primo son passati 15 minuti. Tempo corretto secondo me. Prezzo nella media. In due con antipasto, un primo un secondo , vino, caffè, tiramisù e bayles, abbiamo speso 65€"
