Intimate, cozy and well maintained. Friendly staff and quick service. Great traction dishes and served with care. Good selection of wines. Recommended desserts accompanied by excellent quality artisan ice cream. Good value for money.

Passing to Cavalese was suggested by a local person. A few covers therefore better book . Simple but well equipped . I ate rabbit roll with asparagus and was very tasty. I also tasted caneders and I think they're their strong dish. Honest price

The food is of the best quality, and the menu has a sufficient number of dishes and nothing is exaggerated. Everything is done very carefully and to the highest standard. There is a great and very cozy atmosphere. An additional advantage for Poles is that one of the owners is Polish and they can easily communicate and advise on the choice.

Intimate restaurant and attention to detail. Proposed wines very interesting, with labels ranging from the regional to all the rest of 'italia. Really to try the braised, tender cheek, branzino risotto, chocolate tortino and the excellent tiramisù. Competent and smiling staff know how to pamper you with detailed tips and explanations on their dishes. Nice experience to repeat.

I gave 5 stars because I couldn't give more. Small but very welcoming place, delicious dishes and very cared for, owners really very courteous and precise in presenting the dishes. If I went back to Cavalese, I wouldn't have any doubts about where to have lunch. Quality absolutely excellent price. A beautiful experience. Premitting that I am not a generous person of compliments but tonight I was particularly impressed. Typical and reserved environment (recognize to book because the places are limited that fits well with the modern and very elegant mise en place. The musical selection was also appreciated. The staff is very friendly and polite both in order and in the delivery of the dishes. What struck me was the kitchen. All dishes have a presentation that shaves the art and a wide use of creams and emulsions for the details of the dish. The ricotta tortelli had a delicate but well defined flavor that finely enhances the taste of the burrata, the basil foam was energetic, as a hint of flavor before the care...
