Good food, but poor ambience. Restaurant is immediately alongside the hotel's piano bar, separated by a thin partition. Noise was far too loud at times, including karaoke sing-alongs, ruining the evening and spoiling the experience. Very disappointing.

The service and attention to detail were fantastic. The food was sensational, with highlights including the bread dish and ravioli. We were even given a tour of the kitchen and introduced to the chef. It was a fantastic experience and highly recommended.

A truly memorable dining experience, and one that we will all want to repeat, as and when we can return here. Congratulations to Chef Giovanni and the dedicated and hard working staff of Il Mosaico for your friendly service and attention to detail, which is greatly appreciated! Speisekarte ansehen

Super exclusive restaurant in the Terme Manzi hotel. A small restaurant with 5 tables, which has a Michelin star. The food is lovely, not especially local recipe or source, but is served to a very high standard, and very exciting to view on your plate. We had a great meal here, and enjoyed the service from all the waiters.

Our group had the tasting menu and it was a phenomenal experience...it is the rare occasion when presentation, taste, and service all earn five stars! A very special thank you to Fulco, who guided us through the dinner experience, Francesco, who paired the amazing food with stellar wines, and of course, Chef, for the delicious food and kitchen tour. We cannot wait to visit again!

Dinnee at II mosaic was top notch! Not only are they attentive to every small details, they were friendly and welcoming the moment you step foot into the restaurant. I had the sea menu and my husband had the land menu. Can’t go wrong with either but My husband’s highlight dish was the rabbit tortellini and mine was the cod! We were celebrating our anniversary and they prepared a cake ahead of time for us to enjoy at the end of our meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and were so full by the time of dessert. Michelin star I didn 't know what to expect but I was certainly not disappointed. From the starter to the delicately prepared dessert every detail of the cooking of the dish and the ingredients was explained in excellent English. We were helped with choice of wine to go with our dishes, and as well as the tastebuds going bananas what a feast for the eyes. Each dish was a work of art, I never knew that pasta could look so spectacular. An absolute must if you are anywhere nearby. I only have one tiny criticism however, please could you dim the lighting before I come back next year. Thank you for this wonderful experience which I will never forget.

I tried the Mosaico land menu while my wife tested the Mosaico Sea Menu on two evenings. My first course was a highly delicious lacquered duck breast with pistachios praline on topinambur cream, foie gras and more. This was followed by Ischian rabbit tortello and its ragù sauce, served with smoked ricotta cheese, and finally a lain of lamb Racks in cereals crust on the Williams pear, and a wonderful desert. All courses have been real Highlights, and my wife liked her menu just as much. The suggested wines matched perfectly. This Michelin star Restaurant is on its way to its second star! What a waste of time and money. This Michelin restaurant was a joke. They take themselves way to seriously. The food was so complicated you couldnt taste what you were eating. In an effort to make everything look special and fancy the chef has lost his way. One plate was an ugly mess of pasta while another looked like a palte of tabe scraps. Our table of eight had half meat and half fish. I dont think anyone was please. Even the bread was awful and the elaborate display of tastelss but was useless. Restaurant itself is lovely but was empty. One other table came while we were there at prime time Desert were the most fun but that too was lacking in real flavor or interest, Get over yourself an...
