Not following covid measures. Tables are way to close to each other. Felt very uneasy as staff were not wearing masks correctly. Food was beautiful but will stick with takeouts from now as social distancing is not in place Speisekarte ansehen

I came with my friend for half a week eating and it was a nice experience! the staff is so attentive and friendly and the food was delicious! we had a mixed starter and prawn puri and then huhn tikka masala, lamb rogan josh and keema naan. could not mistake it, we will definitely be back!

my god, what a great meal. we did not book and had the pleasure of getting a table on a full night. the starters were really beautifully presented and the main thing they would expect. great service and brilliant aromen also. the spicy were very nice and in this type of medium / "slute pleasant" area, which was most welcome. the lamb-Kebabs recommends it to start strongly, and the dhal was some of the best I had.

Food was okay, but the venue was really quite cramped it felt uncomfortable in there. The staff were polite though. Any small issues were rectified quickly My biggest problem was the mouse in the kitchen area that we pointed out to staff. They didn't seem bothered at all which is why I hope they see this and do something about it . Left quickly after this . they would be stretched to find authentic, tasteful Indian cuisine like this in london and that was from this world! the only place Indian food has ever tasted so well in india. a must go. the service was attentive and fast, the ambiente was great that there was a continuous flow of people coming, is certificate of how good the food is. the rugged, the spices....it has brought me honest to my travel in india and the great kitchen back. can not wait to return

A modern, glass-fronted Indian on the burgeoning strip between The Bedford pub and Balham High Road, Indian Room has found itself something of a haven for couples. It must be the serene whiteness (table linen, walls) and candlelight. Then there's the health-conscious cooking using as little as oil as possible. Well worth trying are the handful of dishes unique to this popular local restaurant, a wonderful apricot chicken Kashmir among them. Chicken madras, and a super-hot chicken vindaloo are consistently the most-ordered of the All Time Favorites.

Food was excellent. Some of the best Indian food I have had in London. However the service was a major let down. Social distancing was not observed. The staff were not wearing masks over their noses, negating the purpose of the mask. They did wear gloves, but didn't change them between customers (which I agree is pointless), so there is no point in wearing gloves. We were less than half a metre from other tables. We had to ask 5 times for some water. We were rushed through our courses and the bill was given to us a matter of seconds after finishing our main. We were then told to leave immediately, although we still had drinks remaining. Found the staff to be rude. Wouldn't go again. Speisekarte ansehen
