"We had a stop over in brentford during our holiday. Had a crave for sushi and tried this place. So googled up some places and finally settled with this one. We called there and placed order. The delivery service was great tbh and so was the food. Its suprising to see how close they are to the originality of the food. The food didnt have those additions like mayo etc except for some . The sushi were great tasting and fresh. Katsu and teriyaki were equally amaging. I will definately order again if i am nearby. Great work people."

We have ordered from here many times and it’s always been nice. Not sure what happened last night but the edamame beans looked 100 years old and were not edible. Sushi was tasteless and the beef was so chewy. Overall quite gross.

Ordered a delivery service to my hotel as my other half was craving for sushi. While delivery time was a little more than what is expected, the food was fab. Great value and fantastic food i would say. Woukd order agina whenever in town.

Had a very disappointing, tasteless ramen. needed loads of soy etc. Chicken teryaki equally awful. Was it chicken? Very hard to tell. Just awful, the worst Japanese I've had all year! How do they get away with it? A total waste of my money.

Possibly the worst sushi I have ever had in my life and I eat sushi very often. It was tasteless and soggy and the ramen came in a hot cardboard container which then made it taste like cardboard ,chicken was dry. I could have made something better using my big toe. Merry Christmas

I was in quarentine hotel when i ordered from iso couple of days back. I ordered about 5 times and evrytime has been consistently excellent with food. Delivery service however are hit and miss which i understand as they seemed to be absolutely busy i heard them on phone when i called). All in all great experience

Ordered a takeaway to be delivered. I never knew this place existed despite living for 3 years in isleworth. The experience was fantastic so was the food and service. The box sushi are a good value and equally delicious. The order taker was really polite and helpfull in explaining their menu and bearing with me. Good place overall.

OK this is an honest review. The rice was stodgy but worst still the soft shell crab is illustrated with Spring onion and salad, you will get none, and then told, that it doesn't come with salad as illustrated, it's for show. And to the manager who believes its everyone else fault in their replies i see , get some responsibility. And no, you'll definitely not be serving me again.

I’m a regular customer and the service has been quite bad lately. Tuna box sushi was very horrible. Fat streaks in the fish. I wanted to order more starters as normally they are really good and food is nice. However the waiter was so rude and said “ im not going to repeat information. Its very busy “ then hung up. I wanted to complain to the manager and another person picked up. He Then started laughing. They have lost a very loyal customer
