This Asian fast food chain restaurant was not up to par, with lukewarm food and indifferent staff. It's best to steer clear of this place.

During the week, everything is half price from 9:30 to 10 at this restaurant. Trust me, it has saved me from cooking dinner countless times. The staff is very friendly and even at this late hour, they are still smiling and kind.

We were feeling like something yummy, tasty, and healthy and Japanese food often ticks the boxes. On top of that the food is really well priced. The service system is similar to a fast food outlet and the menu range is good. There are meals you can pick up and take home from the store refrigerator or you can sit down and eat a freshly cooked meal. Speisekarte ansehen

I have passed by this place soo many times in London, and never tried it. I am ashamed to say-as a foodie- that my young children tried it before me and got hooked on their sushi. Its a fun and easy concept where you pick it up and go,or sit down. Perfect for those days you are in hurry and need a quick nice and healthy bite. My favorite dish is the Salmon Teriyaki...

As per most ITSU branches, hit and miss. First time here and it was a good experience. Good range. Friendly and fast service. Good variety of items from sushi to salads, rice bowls, soups and more. They display calories which is helpful. I had the salmon sushi, water and mochi. All good. The mochi was divine. I could have eaten more! Nice light sweet treat. Seating is mainly high seat communal. Clean.

I ordered itsu through uber eats (the worst delivery service i have ever come across but this is another post). The order came surprisingly quick but the edamame were cold (out of the fridge cold), they forgot to send the main dish, the dumplings were disgusting and the sushi was borderline acceptable. Over all, dont order or go to itsu if you ever had good sushi or good chinese because their food can hardly be called food. Speisekarte ansehen

From the first time I had itsu to now ... still always satisfying. Very consistent with high quality. This time I ventured to try their chicken teriyaki udon bowls and a rice bowl. Dined in and had a glass of wine with my bowl. And of course some sushi for takeaway. The restaurant is clean, ambiance is nice and relaxed, there are even charging ports at the tables. Customer service is also good. Overall Wonderful clean food. Japanese cuisine. That is as healthy as it looks! And tastes great! I will definitely be back to try more of their menu.

I have been today at Notting Hill branch and I was surprised by the service charge I paid for eating in. First of all, the cashier never said there is a different price to have the food indoors. Even worse than that, the price for it is more than 15% (usually the service charge in restaurants in London is 12% . I don’t agree to pay 20% more to eat in plastic boxes and disposable cutlery and in the end, I myself can put my rubbish in the bin on my way out (all the plates, boxes, bottles, bowls and cutlery are disposable . Terrible overpriced “service charge” as shown on the photo I took.

Itsu in Notting Hill Gate has consistently met expectations, both before, during, and after the Covid-19 pandemic. The restaurant maintains a comfortable temperature, staying cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The establishment is clean, well-decorated, and staffed with professional employees. The shelves are always neatly arranged, service is quick, and the decor is inviting. As for the food, the Mochi cheesecake is a standout dish, with a delicate blend of the cheesecake alongside the soft, chewy Mochi casing.
