Placing our order via Food Hub was super easy. Delicious food, arrived on time and hot. Very generous portions. We will order from here again!

Gorgeous food, quick delivery and good prices. Their red curry and their chowmein are the best around. I order often and never have a bad meal.

We order chinese regularly. The food arrives hot. and reaches a good standard We do not like the prawn crackers so have an alternative spring rolls. Can recomend the Lemon Chicken, Crispy Beef ,Crispy Duck Chow Mein.

Often visit here when staying in the Best Western. Service is quick- within 5 minutes and efficient. You can get a receipt which is always a bonus lol! Always have the chow mein and it is very good- need to try something different one day but until then will enjoy the same same lol

We rarely have takeout food in Bridgend after many years of disappointment with the quality of Chinese food in the area, I saw favourable reviews of Jade on Trip Advisor, and, decided to give it a go. The food from Jade was excellent, even the left overs for breakfast the next day. Finally, a great Chinese take out in Bridgend!

Absolutely disgusting customer service..been going here for a while..owner hung up on me 3 times.. got our order wrong said they would refund me on our next order..went to make a order and got refused..owner of the takeaway shouting at me and was saying I was in the wrong.. will never be spending another penny at jades Chinese takeaway Bridgend..

The food at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic. As a vegetarian, it can be difficult to find good Chinese food, but it's not a problem here as they offer vegetarian options for all the meat dishes on the menu. I've tried many Chinese restaurants in Bridgend, but this one is definitely the best. The food is always fresh and hot when it arrives. I highly recommend trying the chilli chips and Thai green curry.

I used to rely on this Chinese takeaway in Bridgend for my meals, but I must say that the current chef needs to reconsider their cooking style. The excessive salt is ruining the dishes and the lack of flavor is a turn-off. Good cooking should make you want to keep eating, but sadly that's not the case here. This is the third time I've had to throw away a meal from this restaurant, which is disappointing considering how much I used to enjoy their cuisine.

While staying at a local hotel, we decided to try out this Chinese restaurant after searching for a local take-away spot online. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, there was a rule of only one customer at a time and hand sanitizer was provided. The lady at the front was very polite and helpful. We placed our order and waited around 10 to 15 minutes for our food to be ready. We ordered a variety of dishes and all of them were amazing - hot and well-packaged. The portions were generous and reasonably priced. The only downside was that the curry sauce was a bit too sweet for our taste, but that could have been because we ordered the wrong thing.
