"My friends and I had booked a reservation for lunch here and were left to wait outside in the heat for at least 30 minutes along with other groups of people who were asked to do the same, EVEN with a reservation!. The organisation of this place is terrible, and while the waiters were nice, directly, when we were being served, the chopsticks were basically thrown at us. The food wasn 't bad, however one of the friends who attended later threw up. We were sat at the restaurant for three hours after closing time waiting for the kitchen to deliver the chicken rolls that we had ordered and we had to ask the waitress to check on them three times before they were brought out. The place is generally clean and the atmosphere of the place is cool but it is extremely crowded. Overall, I do not recommend going here."

We were around the city and we decided to have lunch since they have an outdoor. The quality of fish is very poor, tempura was not fresh at all and it tasted like rubber. Nevertheless, we wait 2 hours for three kinds of Uramaki. Definitely the waiting and the quality don’t worth It. Uramaki rice was not well cooked and It was not assembled. Terrible!

Like always I went there for a bit of chinese /japanese delicacies, which tasted delicious! Average price, nor expensive nor cheap but definitely worth the money, this is a restaurant which the gourmets can only dream of, fresh and a kinda shiny salmon sashimi, tasty rolls made with rice and something called avocado? Yeah, something green and oily but still tasty, also the cuisine, it is just marvelous! You cant ask for anything better to eat except their cuisine, I expecially love the sour-sweet pork; so if you are in Milan for a visit and cant seem to find a great place to have lunch then I absolutely recommend the Kayama!
