La Braceria - Speisekarte

Ignore all restaurants in the area. Don't even go into town. The only place to eat is on an industrial estate! You wouldn't expect to find this quality of cooking in the middle of nowhere. It's a real gem of a restaurant where all the...locals go and where you can hobnob with world famous classical musicians during the festival in July.

this is my third trip to italia, and we decided to travel along the po river. our host recommended us to eat in la bracria. everything in the restaurant is fabulous. the owner/cook has greeted us on our table. we asked for his recommendation and. he brought us teller about plate of amazing taste. everything from brot to pasta is freshly made daily. they have a grill in the open where they cook all the bark. you have to try the steak. they also have a nice selection of weeps. I suggest you go and spend the evening experiencing the creative and tasty genie in la bracria.

il tempio della carne in casalmaggiore near palma in italy, hands down one of the best steaks I ever had, defo in my top three in the world! here in the tempel of the flesh they choose what flesh they want and then. they choose what kind of **** they want it from scottish angus after cobetrag. I went for a Cobe-Rump that was about € 22 for 12 ounces. cooked medium (European med rare) on a wood fired grill, it was so good. really juicy in the inner yet beautifully carved on the outside. so much taste! the staff was very friendly and helpful, didn't speak much English, but they can't keep it against them. 100% recommended. We travelled for 12 days in Italy, and without a doubt our favourite meals were at La Braceria. Chef Domenico and his family were wonderfully kind and terrific hosts they are proud of their establishment and their food, and they were eager to share...their delicious homemade meals with their guests. They always came by to make sure we were satisfied, and went out of their way to suggest things off the menu to get the full Braceria experience. Chef Domenico's homemade pasta was the very best we ate on our trip. I feel inspired to try to recreate some of these recipes at home but I know we'll be back again! we found this little jewel after the fight on our trip in Italy not Italian speakers. the hotel is located as part of a hotel on a mini-industrial property, but is not removed from it. the nice waiter spoke great English and took my...lo off menu that was very helpful. we are the set menu that contains a first plate/second plate dessert (a cookie) coffee, water and 1/2 liter wein per two person. the menu was nice, we enjoyed the wine so much that we asked to take two bottles away and this was added to our bill. we loved it so much that we came back for a second visit a few days later. during the second visit, however, there was a mix with the billing first day we paid 88 € with two bottles w...

Each exquisite gourmet meal is lovingly prepared by Chef Domenico Volza and his wife Steffi to highlight the best and freshest local produce, cheese and meat. Homemade pasta (my fav are the ravioli di zucca and tortelli al limone serviti con una crema di taleggio...... to die for creamy risotto (my fav di zucca and ai Pistacchi di Bronte), melt-in-your-mouth buffa mozarella direct from Puglia, focaccia bread made fresh everyday by Domenico first thing in the morning and top cuts of meat grilled personally on an open wood burning fire.
