El día que fuimos a visitar la Finca nos quedamos alucinados del sitio tan espectacular y no dudamos un segundo que sería en ese sitio donde nos gustaria celebrar nuestro gran día. Nos reafirmamos el día de la prueba del menú. Ha sido un placer contar con ellos para nuestra boda desde el principio hasta el final. Aterrizamos hace unas horas en Tokyo donde iniciamos nuestra luna de miel y una de las primeras cosas que voy a hacer es escribir esta reseña. Carla y yo nos casamos el 25 de mayo en la Finca El Tomillar y pudimos disfrutar de La Chalota Catering. Creo que un comentario no podría explicar lo feliz que nos hicieron cuidando cada detalle. Durante el año de preparativos se han portado maravillosamente bien. Siempre han sido un apoyo y siempre han estado dispuestos a ayudar aún en situaciones delicadas. En la prueba de menú, me tuve que ir corriendo nada más sentarme en la mesa porque hubo un pequeño incendio en la casa de mi hermana. Volví en cuanto pude, rozando los postres, al límite del cola...
