Very warm staff, and the kitchen is excellent. It's the second time I have lunch and everything is always very good. You can go with your eyes closed.

Nous habitons le coin et y mangeons régulièrement pour un dîner à deux, menu découverte. A chaque fois nous ne sommes pas déçus, les plats sont délicieux et nous passons un très bon moment. Pour moi le meilleur restaurant de Capbreton-Hossegor.

One of my best culinary experiences. All tastes are subtle, weighed and measured. Unpublished flavours that blend and blend perfectly. The plates are greedy and simple, nothing is too much, all in the plate is there for taste. The service is impeccable, the hostess, alone, manages the service of a master's hand and is always at small care and listening. My only regret is to live away from this restaurant.

Chef Johann Dubernet makes subtle melanges of perfumes and spices in its chocolate desserts, fruit salads with meringue and coconut, fennel ice cream.
