Thanks to catarina, julian and thomas, their explanations, advice and professionalism allowed us to live an exceptional evening. the presentation of the dishes with the agreement different wines according to the tastes of the guests allowed us to travel from the beginning to the end of this trip in aquitaine. soon for new olfactory and olfactory adventures

Just wonderful! the nicolas chef really wants to find his culinary identity around herbs, vegetable garden and local products. no false note either in the reception or in the service or in the dishes. The renovation is very successful. our evening experience was the best. In the day we were surprised by the incessant broom of guests of the hotel (sometimes in bathrobe or bathing suit) who pass and meals behind the glass bay of the restaurant without failing to deny often what happens inside. a certain detail but the frame, charm, delicate attentions of all staff and the general atmosphere of refinement that is sought and obtained may not be that.
