I became aware of La Pratolina through a food blog. There is now a second location to which my review relates. Absolutely delicious Pinsa Romana and a super friendly owner! To bridge the waiting time for our Pinsa, we had delicious suppli on the house. The pinsa tasted very good! Clear recommendation from me if you are in Rome.
