Félicitations au Chef et à sa brigade. Les plats sont de toute finesse, l’assemblage des goût est parfait, les cuissons sont maîtrisées. Le résultat fait que j’y retourne avec un énorme plaisir. Je regarde les clients souriants, heureux de leur dégustation… Dans la plupart des restaurants, les clients sont là pour manger et rien de plus.

We did not find the originality of the dishes that made the reputation of the establishment. The dishes are no longer cooked with the finesse and lightness that we liked so much.
