I've already made some star restaurants, but there the level was higher in any way. Between the kitchen and the tips of the sommelier my heart swings. In any case it's worth the 5 stars and even more.

C’était notre 3e visite dans cet établissement étoilé et nous avons passé comme toujours un très bon moment . Cuisine , service , tout est PARFAIT !!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir . Félicitation à toute l’équipe .

Fabulous this 6-course meal 6 glasses of wine! I vote for the 2nd star as much for the Chef's kitchen as for the perfect service, the sommelier and the rank leader who really made us travel with their explanations. You'll be delighted!

Multiple flavors delicately present impregnating each tasting. Service at the same time as the starred restaurant. The sommelier delighted us with his advice. Typical setting where the stone of the Gard bridge and the modernism of creators mix. Of course I recommend. See also the Roman baths and wellness lounges.

Salle très jolie, bien qu'un peu froide. Une terrasse est prévue pour les beaux jours. Personnel jeune mais professionnel. Mention spéciale pour la sommelière, avenante et compétente. Très bon menu, exécution impeccable et belles saveurs. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Fortement conseillé, mérite amplement ses 15/20 au Gault Millau.

A discovery during our visit to the Gard for a holiday week. A wonderful outdoor setting summer, a service that is thoughtful, pleasant and attentive. A refined, aesthetic, sought-after and excellent cuisine. The gustative stopovers were top. An excellent research also on the mets and wines agreement. It would be great to have the wines tasted during this trip to deepen these beautiful discoveries

We took the meal (the trip !?... in 5 dishes. Everything was good but it was cruelly lacking in originality and flavor. Asparagus velvet (2 tablespoons max! was fade, the fish dish (redgets artichokes was excellent on the other hand, the lamb was good but some (we eat the same thing in any good restaurant and dessert quite ordinary. The Mets Vin agreement was, however, a total success. In the end, I'm disappointed. For a starred restaurant at 120€ per person, it wasn't worth it. And a last small negative point on the first amuse mouth with the bulot: no longer serve the bulot in a plate full of shells .... empty! For a meal start, we think it goes wrong...
