"The setting and ambience are really the selling point of this restaurant, it has a beautiful courtyard surrounded by bushes with warm fairy lights which look lovely as the sun sets. The service was also fab, we experienced two lovely female servers and when we ordered a glass of white wine each we were given the choice to suit our palates, something we hadn’t experienced before. We were given a starter from the chef of white beans with onion and celery which was a nice touch but the bread basket had seen better days. Some of the bread was so hard you couldn’t even tear it apart. The food was the let down of the restaurant. We shared a mixture of dishes, every one wasn’t great. The tagliatelle with with mushrooms, lardons and cream sauce was mainly made up of rubbery mushrooms, a watery sauce in the bottom of the dish and some burn lardons. The orecchiette with mushrooms, tomatoes and olives was ok but there wasn’t any olives in the dish, and the mushrooms were rubbery too. The orecchiette cima Di rapa was truely bad. The greens had just been boiled alongside the pasta, and them placed in the bowl with no seasoning etc. There was a huge puddle was water in the bottom of the bowl. It’s such a shame about the food as it’s a truely lovely location with great service"

Exceptional restaurant. Deserves to be much higher up the TripAdvisor rankings. Sara, our host, was passionate about the menu and explained in detail what we would be enjoying. The food was excellent and a great choice of wine.

Locale nel centro storico di Lecce, caratteristico con tavoli affacciati su una piccola piazza. Servizio curato da un cameriere molto cordiale, veloce e professionale, buona scelta di portate sia tipiche salentine che mediterranee. Buona qualità degli ingredienti e cucina curata. Sicuramente da riprovare ancora per assaggiare altre portate. Un tantino sopra la media come prezzi, in particolare antipasto e primi piatti , motivo per ilQuale non assegno punteggio massimo. Ottimo il tiramisù !

una cena davvero incredibile. posizione romantica e caratteristica nel centro di lecce. il mio partner tra i molti ristoranti ha deciso di scegliere questo e devo dire che non poteva fare la scelta migliore. tutto molto buono e fresco, una poesia di sapori salentini. personale cordiale, disponibile e sempre con un pizzico di sorriso nonostante le calde temperature e il grande da fare. Se stai attraversando il bosco, ti suggerisco di fare un salto, ne vale davvero la pena. Siamo spiacenti circa 700km che sarei tornato volentieri. complimenti al club e al suo staff.
