"I ordered tortilla Espanola, berenjenas fritas, ensalada de esparragos, earl grey tea. In menu lots of spirits drinks and i did not find simple cup tea, but when ask, i got it. Ensalada de esparragos it is a mix of lettuce salad, fresh tomatoes, cocktail peppers, with toasted pine nuts and olive oil, decorative with 3 twig of asparagus. Interesting experience. Tasty. Thank you. Berengenas fritas it is a big pieces of aubergine fried in flour and topped agave syrup with sea salt. It is too fat, sweet and salted. Not tasty. Tortilla Espanola it's a 2 pieces of Spanish tortilla. It is look and taste like not fresh tortilla, quickly defrosted and heated on the frying pan, decorated fresh parsley. Not tasty. It is sad, this place have title La Tortilla, and serv awful tortilla. Earl grey tea were ok."

Delicious and scrumptious Paella. Squid rings were good too! Close to authentic Paella you get in Spain

We went to this Spanish restaurant on the main road into Inverness. Nice place. Too touristy menu. Paella worth seeing again, completely oily, and full of garlic and onion.

We enjoyed a dinner me and my wife, it was not crowded at all probably because of the low season. The location is fine and the food was really good. It was also cheap, super!!!!! If you are around it’s definitely a good choice

The first taste of this recipe perfected twenty years ago and has resisted any attempts by any chefs since then to tweak it since becomes a genuine ceremony. The sort that comes from the feeling of living in the moment instead of going through the motions at an event. A cross between a spiritual experience and a drug. Speisekarte ansehen

Tapas in Scotland? Yes, please! The food and service we're great. We weren't starving, so 2 tapas each was perfect, with one being veggies (peppers padròn). Call for a reservation. They have a selection of Spanish wine and spirits, which was nice. The desserts weren't particularly Spanish, so we skipped dessert. That would be the only improvement I would have made. We enjoyed this stop!

A friend and I found this place on Google and decided to give it a go, and are very glad we did! Thankfully, we had arrived at a time where we were able to get a table, but I highly recommend booking so that you don’t potentially miss out. The food was absolutely amazing and the staff were so lovely and caring. It’s clear that there is passion behind this place! The staff also were able to provide some tubs for us to take our leftovers home, which was greatly appreciated. A great selection of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options too. Absolutely recommend

"Oh, what a day we had at The White House for my auntie’s 88th! It was pure magic, right from the off. The team there couldn’t have been more welcoming, making us all feel right at home in the heart of Scotland. Now, let’s gab about the food it was out of this world! We started with gluten free fish n chips, and let me tell you, it was as good as any chippy by the sea – crispy, golden, and just packed with flavor. The venison steak and beef short rib? Cooked just how you’d want them, tender and full of taste. The gluten free burgers were a hit too, so juicy and well seasoned. For pudding, we had these scoops of ice cream, smooth as you like, and an apple crunch cheesecake that was simply to die for. But it was our server, Anastasia, who really made our day. She was a wee star – always there with a smile, quick with a recommendation, and knew her menu inside out. I barely noticed our water bottle was empty, and whoosh, there she was with a full one. That’s service for you! The atmosphere in The White House was just as warm and inviting as you’d hope for. It felt like sitting in a cosy wee pub in the Highlands, with all the charm and friendliness you’d expect. So, if you’re ever in the mood for a meal that’s as satisfying as a wee dram on a cold night, head to The White House. It’s not just eating; it’s a proper Scottish experience, full of heart and soul"
