service not terrible has left the sommelier and barman. and gastronomy level not at all, despite a magnificent setting. a upgrade is required.

simply exceptional, both refined and surprising, bold and magical, a true gastronomic achievement not to say a culinary miracle. so much technicality mastered outrage in so innocent air dishes. bluffing!

faithful guests during our holidays or short stays, we went for lunch this day. Everything was perfect. service to small care and tasty dishes from the entrance to the dessert and all this in an always pleasant setting. bravo Speisekarte ansehen

excellent market menu. aperitif, rosé champagne flute served non-fresh. warm welcome. The service is impeccable, no matter what a little rushed, especially at the beginning. excellent cuisine, meals with very pleasant musical atmosphere

very good value quality price ... table at the height of its star menu land sea excellent from beginning to end. decoration not terrible professional servers but too present and too pressing. that remains a very good address to recommend

Beautiful restaurant, excellent service, le chef exceptional. We have adored the food and the wines. Expensive but worth the price in a region with lots of terrible, pretentious and really bad restaurants. Agnolotti a l'ognion de Toulouges etc., St Pierre or Rougets en main course,...an excellent choice of cheeses served at the right temperature and a dessert of figues.

Had a dinner here during our stay in this hotel (on breakfast basis so dinner was not included). Opted for the 4 course seasonal menu of 69eur on a friday night. We were lucky to have live music performance by local artists accompanied by piano...and cello. The setting, service, food and wine, all was perfect and worth the michelin rating. Meals are prepared with high quality products with focus on local products. I highly recommend this place for a fabulous night out!

The restaurant has just lost its distinction to the michelin. We have noticed service anomalies, the tempo is not controlled, the sommelier intervenes at the time of mouthing, long waiting time for the dish, but dessert arrives too quickly before the dessert wines. note, however, the extreme kindness of all servers. But in the plate, we're in the stars! It is beautiful, legible, perfectly balanced and infinitely good! It was the return menu of the market and I'm not ready to forget it! Speisekarte ansehen
