I invite you to let yourself be carried by the various menus of exceptional quality, Mr. Gault and Millau come to discover this fabulous establishment, it's worth a visit. Deco to the top and the staff with small care, to do absolutely if you are in Tignes. Just a delight.

Back from the arti restaurant in Tignes Val Claret Parfait. I got here with an hour late. I excite myself and c parti Verrine de crabe, Iberian pork, passion chocolate 1 mojito, 1 pommard 2015, 1 double coffee They wanted to offend me the digestive but I refused because shuttle to take and taf tomorrow 9am I highly recommend I think I'll be back soon.

Regular food at an exaggerated price. We tried the green risotto and it didn't have much flavor. The mushroom cream was a little better. For dessert a pear on a plate without any science. The waiter decided to speak in English even if we only spoke to him in French. Certainly a menu at 40 € nobody who does not deserve it. Comida regular a precio exagerado. Probamos el risotto verde y no tenia mucho sabor. The crema de champiñones estaba algo mejor. From postre una pera en un plato sin ninguna ciencia. El camarero empeñado en hablarnos en inglés pese a que solo le habláramos en francés. Sin duda un menú a 40€ persona que no lo merece.

February 2020 owner change, okay for a fondue but my purée was so salty that I couldn't eat. Same thing with the gratin of pasta that had too much pepper. The aperitif (butternut or crispy pork) and lemon pie in a glass are good. They just opened up to be able to improve with a little practice. .... Before March 2019, it was amazing you needed a reservation. The owner is very kind and will offer you local alcohol to warm you after your meal.
