On of the best places I've ever visited. Accomodation, restaurant Lavanda, SPA area, personel, service, hospitality on the highest level. Was amazed by interior. Every single thing is just on it's place and it seems to have it's own history. For sure will come there back with great pleasure.

an excursion outside the capital of madrid to the oak of chavela was the excuse to book in this establishment whose high reputation aroused some expectations that met with many different dishes, varied and select wines and cozy and elegant space. if the weather allows, eating on your terrace is amazing, especially in spring. This is one good surprise ! Definitely a little upstreet, this magic place is a hidden gem in the Madrid countryside. Food is creative, fresh and delicate. Service is remarkably helpful without being pressing. All in all, a wonderful time on the patio and....well, the new 'mojito as a postres ' is a simple enchantment. Only one advice: try it out for yourself, and follow the recommendations of the 'maitre de ' blindly.

Excellent restaurant but I expected better views from the main room, anyway this is not detract value to the restaurant. The product quality is simply unique, I would have liked to have tried more dishes, but I should leave some of them for the next time. I just go to mention a couple of them; octopus and cod (skrei , this cod variety is like butter with a better rich flavour. In my opinion the desserts are expensive (between 10-14€ . Exceptional service very helpful and friendly, thanks for everything! Highly recommend!

Mejor no lo comento mucho, porque dejaría de ser la gema escondida de la sierra oeste. El restaurante, espectacular; las vistas, fantásticas; el servicio, impecable. Volveremos, sin duda!! Y lo que veis en la foto, era solo el comienzo!! Edición: .... Y ocurrió lo esperado: hemos repetido. Y literalmente hemos repetido la mayoría de los platos! Aunque alguna variación... Si cabe, mejor que antes. Re-edición: hemos vuelto a ir. Los chipirones con wakame y helado de wasabi, impresionantes. Y el servicio, como siempre: de primera!! Gracias. Speisekarte ansehen
