Fantastic location with superb views, excellent staff and superb food what more can I say, other than it was a fantastic experience and one to be recommended.

with a michelin, the table of the restaurant "le belrose", with the command of the chef pietro will, offers a delicious inventive Mediterranean cuisine on which floats an Italian fragrance.

unbelievable, exceptional service and eating was above the tip. we had the most wonderful culinary experience here, the personal was fabulous. the lamb and the sea bass were fantastic, but the vanilla lobster, wow! recommend this picture perfect place.

we took advantage of this restaurant during a stay at the villa belrose. the restaurant is very pleasant but the prices are a little too elevated (145th the degustation menu plus 45th for the met/vin agreement with 3 glasses) compared to the tasted dishes. We had no reproaches to do, but no real surprise either.An unstoppable and sommelier service in small care.

Dinner on Saturday night. very friendly welcome. apero on the terrace with probably the most beautiful view of Saint tropez around. Dinner on the terrace too. nice and professional succulent-personal degustation menu. The chief would deserve a two-eyed twin. We've had a memorable moment. price not exaggerated. what a fantastic restaurant this is in every sight, location is fabulous, what a view! the service was from every member of the restaurant team from the moment we arrived until the moment we were gone. we had the full 8 courses...Great menu with wine pairing and eating was amazing in quality, taste presentation and the paired weine worked every time, full credit to the whole team everything was 100%, a real must visit fine restaurant this should at least one michelin star in the did some dishes were two star quality

The absolutely stunning view from the terrasse above the pool is about the only thing worth a Michelin star here. We were surrounded by a few tables of lonely, desperate Germans with their Russian long legged companion for the night. If you google St.-Tropez...Luxury escort you 'll find a website offering special arrangements at the Belrose. Besides that, it was extremely annoying that the staff spoke to us in English although we do speak French fluently. The food lacked freshness and some acidity but above all inspiration: especially serving a 'tarte aux pommes ' with cinnamon and some vanilla ice is something I 'd rather expect in a chalet on a snowy mountain top, but not when it 's 36 'C....

This hotel restaurant enjoys a famous Italian chef at the piano and it feels...A michelin star perfectly justified!Beautiful terrace overlooking the pool in a neat park. The breathtaking view takes part in the well being felt.Choice of three menus in 5 oscillating services from 110 to 130€ with two pre-entries and a pre-dessert it seems more than honourable in view of the benefits. The dishes are very visual and delicately erect, true tables!!! very fresh and harmonious flavours of the south.All the cooking is perfectly mastered and the tasteful short juices and without superfluous fat.
