Booked here as a celebration lunch with family, the staff could not have been kinder, they were so accommodating to our large party, the food was incredible and very well priced cannot wait to return

my first time here and wow the atmosphere was beautiful the setting of the restaurant was incredible. the food was outstanding and the service from everyone we met was second to none . i highly recommend the restaurant to everyone and would definitely go back again .

Food here is faultless and we found the staff are most friendly and helpfull …...on a Friday extremely busy hence it was very noisy and ….could have done without the noisy over music … a replacement of gentle sweet music would have been so much better or none ….along with all the chatter…. Very nice meal this evening, really enjoyed it. Fabulous 6 course meal. Unfortunately I was seated under the air conditioner and was rather chilled! Staff did turn it off a while, but was cold. The service was a little slow, it was rather busy. Felt a little overlooked after our main course. Very very good quality food, can't fault it.

Really great mid-week dining experience. We were looked after by Carla who was very friendly, polite and attentive- made us feel very comfortable. Only reason it’s not 5/5 is that we ordered cheese for dessert and it came straight out of the fridge so was difficult to enjoy/not as enjoyable as it would be at room temp. Overall, such a great place for the price you pay!

We ordered off the menu Pierre, which was great value for money. Calamari was very fresh and well battered. Minute steak was also really flavourful and the garlic butter really complimented it. However, we did ask for it pink and it was on the well done side, but this didn’t take away from the flavour. Creme brûlée, as always, was a great little treat for the end of the meal. We had a team dinner and ordered from the Menu Pierre. Some of us ordered medium well-done steak and others well-done, but there was no difference between the two. Unfortunately, many of us felt very unwell that night, almost as if we had food poisoning. This wasn't my first visit to the restaurant, but I've never experienced such issues before. The service was also disappointing. Despite pre-ordering, many of us didn't receive the correct items. One of my colleagues, who doesn't drink alcohol, was served an alcoholic beverage even though she specifically ordered a non-alcoholic one. Visited two weeks ago for dinner. The service was very pleasant, though a bit slow at times, but it wasn’t a major issue on this occasion. The food was good. The value for money was acceptable, though the portion sizes have been drastically reduced. I really dislike the discretionary 10% service charge. Is this the USA? This should be forbidden. Although it says it can be taken off the bill, it might be too awkward to do so. This time, I left the 10% service charge because they informed me the parking attendant was around and I had forgotten my ticket. Otherwise, I would have refused to pay the 10% service charge. I believed the service charge was included when you pay your food. I paid a go...

Oh dear, what's happened. As a group of six we are regulars at pieres gastro nights as they represent excellent value for money typically. Last night however was way off, not enough staff, so waiting a long time for courses not that that mattered to us we were happy chatting) but service was slow. The food was also below par both in terms of quality and quantity. Now I understand it hard to be consistent but this was way below par. The portion sizes have become very small which is disappointing, they may as well increase the price to £30 per head and make the food offering better rather than try to cut corners.
