Restaurant with the old very recommendable found by chance walking in Briare on a Sunday noon: the boss does everything, cooking and service, and it is very good. Small mention for local white wines offered, Sancerre and Smoked Pilly...

We were 7 people and arrived here by chance this Sunday noon after being repressed unfriendlyly by another restaurant in the same city... What a pleasant surprise, excellent cuisine and top service by the boss who has a lot of merit to ensure everything himself... So yes a little wait, but it's nothing when the plates arrive.
