Excellent family friendly welcome and excellent and generous cuisine. Personally, I had difficulty choosing a dish and dessert as the whole card made me want! For us it's Gap's best restaurant.

A good address to remember on Gap. Simple and tasteful cuisine, a very nice service and everything without taking a hammer on the head when the time of the addition arrives. What more? For me, I know I'll go back with pleasure.

Currently the City of Gap is improving the little road outside this superb restaurant and the work is temporarily reducing it's terrace space . DO NOT WORRY, the food and service is just as good inside! We've recently eaten a lovely lunch. A Countryside Tart presented in a fine-dining way. Absolutely delicious! The road improvements will be completed soon and I understand the terrace will be better than ever. This restaurant really is a must-visit.

We 're lucky enough to holiday near Gap regularly. We do occasionally eat elsewhere in the city, but invariably my wife and I gravitate towards Le Bouchon. Although there are always menu options, we usually choose the Plat du Jour ... beautifully cooked (meat or fish) and always well presented and well served. The 'front-of-house ' staff are charming and the Chef and his kitchen team clearly know what they 're doing. If you want a lovely meal in Gap, this is the place to go. Hard to better!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The kitchen is EXCELLENT, palate puts, obviously homemade leafy pate, both freshness, taste of butter, and leafing were perfect. The octopus salad was beautifully successful, which is usually rarely the case. The chicken bag, a treat. Cooking fish like pears or potatoes, divine! The dessert was also high. A simple chocolate mousse, topped by a salty butter caramel, but what foam!!! Excellent coffees served with homemade small financials. All in a warm place, wooden decoration, wooden counter.
