"From passing through the hillside we visited La chaumière. The place is charming, typical. We feel good. Tissue napples and towels are appreciated. Okay with kids. During the summer, a lot of passage requires, the service is a bit long. Small flat on the sauerkraut of the sea that contains meat. It might be more fair to call it land and sea to avoid misunderstandings. The dishes are well-stocked. For my personal opinion they are very generous in sauce .... A little too much. It’s a shame not to find the product in itself that is of quality and soak it in the sauce if we wish."

"Nous avons passé 2 nuitées en 1/2 pension dans cet établissement, très bien situé pour visiter et randonner.C'est une très bonne adresse, tant au niveau de l'hôtel, où propreté de la chambre, qualité du couchage, insonorisation permettent de passer de bonnes nuits, qu'au niveau du restaurant, où la diversité des plats et la qualité sont de mise!La qualité des mets proposés est excellente!Le service est rapide, professionnel, tout en étant sympathique, les propriétaires font dans la simplicité et l'efficacité! et..la convivialité!!Ils sont au four et au moulin tout en ayant "la banane", sans oublier la jeune personne qui aide au service, très efficace elle aussi!Elle est à bonne école!J'allais oublier l'accueil téléphonique pour effectuer les réservations, là aussi l'efficacité est présente, c'est clair et net, tout comme l'on aime!A signaler également que le rapport qualité/prix est correct.Merci à vous, Madame et Monsieur, ainsi que votre personnel pour ce bon moment passé au Moyne de Saire, nous reviendrons!!Pierre et Monique"

"Small stop at the port of Saint vaast..j really loved the reception ...the atmosphere is at the top.. with the smile....I enjoyed it with ... their fried mussel in rockfort..ca had a little while I wanted it..I did well to wait because it was worth it is a killing... everything I liked and I enjoyed it....I really loved this place nice conviale too...at the same time... a very good address I will come back to eat your fried mussels ...at rockfort...."

"What a farce! We visited here on our first evening and the food was ok. Just ok, nothing more. The staff were friendly and accommodating. However, on our second night of visiting, the restaurant had a man in charge of bringing in customers and finding...tables. This man thought he was a comedian when in fact he was painfully embarrassing and incompetent. Me and my partner were one of the first couples there and we ended up one of the last. We weren’t the last to be taken in only for a lovely french couple that said to the man that we were first. We waited 35 minutes for a table. We sat down and it was so so hot. My partner opened the window. Other couples in the area were grateful of some fresh air. The man flounced in and shut the window with no explanation. So rude. We waited 20 mins without being asked for drinks so we left. The comedian of a worker said goodbye sarcastically. How they still have custom when someone like him works there is beyond me. You would be better going to La Bisquine restaurant. It’s amazing. Failing that, go to the bakery and make a sandwich. Don’t waste your time here."
