"Staying at Hotel Le A and wanted to eat very close by. Great food, beef features heavily. The staff are pleasant and coped (and were patient! with my French. Dinner for 2 was €100. Wine list was limited but OK. Only a few complaints which...you can decide if are important to you: The food comes very quickly and so you may feel a bit rushed (3 courses 90 minutes The appetisers are pre-prepared and chilled so come out fast but a little too cold (if they are designed to be eaten unheated Finally and this is quite a specific issue, so most diners will not find this: We wanted my wife to have her beef tres bien cuit because she is pregnant and is recommended not to eat meat which is not cooked through. They agreed, but sent it out medium (well maybe less than that! we had to send her food back and even though the Manageress was really great and understanding, when it came back it was still not cooked through in the middle. I ended up eating that bit : In any case, it was good food and a nice place. Some of the tables are a bit close but the ambience is still good and it does not detract from a lovely evening. I do get the impression this was once a really amazing local restaurant and now it is just a really nice restaurant, but it could be great again with very little effort."

How can you get in betting by getting mistreated by arrogant and disrespectful servers, eating frozen dishes that are not warmed and regulating a salted addition?
