Enjoyed very much the tasting menu. The personnel very modest and professional. I could have used little more guidance choosing the wine, but perhaps the French have stronger taste in the wine than we Scandinavian? Or wine menu to go with the tasting menu? Worth it's Michelin ⭐️.

In einem Sternerestaurant erwarte ich eine Küche, die mich begeistert - und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Dass ich ein Menü schon für unter 40 € auf der Karte finde, macht fast sprachlos. Und die darin angebotene gazpacho löst eine Geschacksexplosion aus. Abgerundet wird das Ganze von einem Service, der mit Humor und Herzlichkeit ein Ambiente aufbaut, das den sinnlichen Genuß der Speisen verstärkt. Allerdings sind die Champagnerkarte und die Weinkarte hochpreisig.

The service is impeccably formal and attentive. The wine list is vast, with bottles ranging from 30 euros to over a 1000. I cannot think of any restaurant where I have eaten better.
