"Very nice atmosphere in a nice surrounding, perfect service, average food. We had been many times in the past to this restaurant where we enjoyed the food, but it seems that now the new chef has changed the menu and we do not like it at all. We had some white polenta with mushrooms, highly recommended by the Maitre D, and itwas tasteless compared to some polentas I had in many restaurants in Italy. My Penne, with truffles and Italian cheese was really not good at all (My taste only : But my father was Italian !). The coquelet with roasted potatoes was covered with garlic and my wife could not eat it. When we ordered the ricotta for dessert at the end of the dinner, we were told that there was no more left and we instead decided to order some ice creams (OK but bland compared to the Barbarac ones in St Tropez). I wish I could go back to the this splendid restaurant, but only when they will change the menus..I prefer by very far, the italian restaurant "La Forge" in Ramatuelle. No comparison for the food!"

Romantic for dinner on the terrace near the pool. Occasionally live music during the summer. Delicious Italian & Continental cuisine.

Julien and his equipe treat their guests like VIP's without being fo formal. We loved Juliens delicate humor and kindness and appreciated his excellent wine suggestions. Exquisite cuisine, delicious wines.

What an amazing little place right in the heart of St. tropez. We visited for dinner and we had a fantastic meal. It is certainly not cheap, but you get what you pay for. The service was very good and the waiters advised us perfectly. Wonderful evening!

We tried this restaurant for the first time during our visit to St Tropez in August and we enjoyed it so much we came back for our last night. The food is delicious and the service is exceptional. All the staff we met were lovely - in particular we would like to mention Maude, who was extremely helpful. The restaurant setting is also a real positive - it's on a pretty terrace next to the pool which is very cosy and picturesque. We would very much recommend this restaurant!

We only stopped for afternoon tea but can 't wait to go back beautiful 18th century setting, tasteful décor only just re open after recent refurbishing , delicious Dammain frères tea passion de fleur to die for , lovely design delicate porcelain cups, lovely flowers, absolute peace we were escaping the Harley Davidson meet! only a stone 's throw from the Mairie, reception personnel delightful, smiling, helpful, good on advice and the new restaurant manager who took the time to tell us about the hotel renovation and got 2 I phone obsessed teenagers to listen... a lovely afternoon treat

asked for a glass of wine, they bring it to me and there were 2 dead mosquitos inside. I ask the manager who was walking by to please change it. He took the glass, put it on a table next to our 's and he literally started fishing for the mosquitos with a spoon. He then gave me back the glass, which later turned out to be €20. I have never seen such a behavior in my life, especially from the manager and head of staff in a restaurant. On the flip side, the waiters were kind and professional. The food was rather mediocre, especially the paccheri with langoustines, which had a terrible look and the taste was rather salty and bitter. The tuna was also of low quality. The place is very nice and pe...

My wife and I visited this restaurant when staying in Saint Tropez from 16 till 26 of September. This restaurant, part of the Hotel Le Yaca, is extremely expensive with their drinks. Wine's starting 55€ a bottle (for the cheapest rosé wine) and even more for the cheapest reds and white wine's. These wines are sold with a margin of minimum by x6 or x 7 or even more. Shame on you ! These restaurant takes very high margins with there wines and other beverages. BEWARE ! To close our diner we took 2 very small expresso's each 8 Euro 's ! not even a cookie on the side ! When we paid the bill, I had to pay more than a 100€ only for the drinks ! (wine, aperitif, coffee). The food wasn't bad and the pr...

"Had lunch there for my 40th birthday with my wife and my 5 yo son : we had a wonderful time, just what I expected for my birthday . The terrace is located in the hotel La Residence de la Pinede so the location and service are perfect, the top notch maître d 'hôtel is superbly seconded by his staff, there really is nothing more to say than perfect when they successfully create a relaxed atmosphere in a 5 location with amazing food. Let 's be clear on something: don 't go there if you 're on a budget because you 'll end up frustrated, you want to chose what you wish to eat and drink not what you can . If we 're ok on this part let 's move forward. That have a formula (95€ with the degustation menu that also includes the loungers on the beach if you wish to enjoy the private beach of the hotel or their pool. We ordered a La carte because we didn 't feel like eating that much and preferred more options for our lunch. A little bummer there : you end up paying more but the loungers are not included so we end up paying 140€ for two of them. We didn 't let this waste our precious stay but it 's not very classy on their part. My son had the pasta (many choices including penne, fettuccine, spaghetti... with bolognese sauce, they 're the BEST I ever tasted and with a 5 yo I 've tasted a lot of them in many locations (including luxurious ones . We shared an entree of smoked salmon and tarama, the salmon was really good, the kind of salmon you expect when they have a real chef orchestrating his kitchen : fresh and delicious. I, then had ravioli filled with ris de veau and foie gras swimming in a sage leaf pool, it was magnificent and I never order foie gras because I don 't enjoy it that much. You have many bread options, we had the fougasse and it was delicious. The champagne list by the glass is amazing : we had Dom Perignon and Krug rosé, definitely pricey but you don 't look at the price when you can get so many options (the sommelier had 5 or 6 options of champagne by the glass for me , you have more classic options too but I was so happy with the ones I had . I was the only one to have desert : a soufflé aux myrtilles with a liqueur de sureau, I was in shock tasting it . We then stayed on the beach and enjoyed the heated pool that was sooo warm after the hotel de Paris 's cold pool. Overall if we forget the bummer of the loungers that are included on the menu but not if you go à la carte and spend a lot more I give them 6 and will definitely come back"
