"I arrived at the hotel's restaurant on February 28th to May 13th, 2022, welcoming the team is pleasant, welcoming, receptive and listening. On the restaurant side, the evening meal formula is superb and diversified with regard to quality/price. The table service is irreproachable. the room on the side, the room and the hygiene are impeccable. The only dish, sorry there's not, stayed like you, it's with joy that I'll come back."

"Very welcoming and pleasant room staff. On several evenings, there is a choice on the entrance buffet but quite common, for the dish on the 1st evening paved with rumsteak ordered to see well cooked, the second evening spidered with pork which is a tender meat but there still too cooked see even cooked in advance and warmed, still disappointed with the resistance dish, the correct dessert buffet. We'll see tomorrow for the dish, if the chef still cooks too much, he's irrecoverable. We're tomorrow, so I'm going back to dinner, the staff always as welcoming and enjoyable. Different entrance, good. Beef saute dish accompanied by rice: and there very nice surprise, setting up the impeccable plate that puts in appetite, perfectly cooked rice and well simmered meat with a pleasantly seasoned sauce. I had a very good time when I was able to taste. Finally, a nice attention from the chef to dessert and the praline snail. Bravo to have heard constructive criticism and the way to catch up shows good professionalism. I rectify my grade from 2 to 4 stars. See you soon!"

"Cadre au calme et avec beaucoup de potentiel: attention à tout faire pour garder votre clientèle!Un jour férié bien entendu on sait qu'il y aura du monde et on prend d'avance son mal en patience...Table réservée 2 jours avant, cependant en arrivant à l'heure, on me propose une table "mange debout" côté jardin! CERTAINEMENT PAS... je refuse et de droit. Donc, la serveuse me trouve une table à l'intérieur. Bref!Après avoir passé commande, alors qu'on se régale d'avance de manger de bonnes grenouilles malheureusement c'est la déception: elles sont certes charnues mais cuites d'avance et le croustillant de la friture n'est pas au rdv. La persillade est légère et finalement le plat est médiocre... C'est dommage !Le personnel bien que jeune fait son maximum pour satisfaire la clientèle : BRAVO! avis aux amateurs d'animaux:ILS NE SONT PAS PERMIS dans cet établissement (chose rare en France)Je ne comprends pas, alors qu'il y a la place et un extérieur adapté.PS:La direction, svp pensez à le stipuler lorsque les gens réservent ! Ce n'est pas une bonne image quand vos clients se font refoulés à l'entrée parce qu'ils ont un animal !"

"Venus discover this place after a brief meeting of the owners on a grenier vacuum where we were exhibitors (cat figures), we were pleasantly surprised. The decor as at home (no pejorative here), the very friendly welcome of the family, because it is indeed a family that receives us at home, make it comfortable to enter. For brunch, it is simple everything is at will. The products are fresh and of quality. The zucchini flan with tomato sauce and fruit cake (both home) are to fall. The wide choice of teas and coffee has to satisfy all the palate. No need to go to Lyon to find nice addresses We will return this for sure! I invite you to come and make your own opinion!"

"Forget it's a hotel's restaurant because it's mostly a restaurant, and a good one! Third visit to La Brasserie. Once in a couple, once with friends, once in a family. Each time we have been seduced by the frame and quality of the kitchen. The Cheffe is really very creative and she knows what she's doing! It's okay, it's beautiful, it's fresh. The dishes of the slate are always good and original, the burger with its bun leafy is worth the detour and the fries houses are excellent."
