A pizza fan, I chose the pizza 3 fromages. So delicious, true Italian pizza in Besançon. Server is so nice and welcoming. Manager is helpful I recommend this restaurant especially that price is correct

Chose this restaurant because of it's close proximity to our hotel. Our server was very attentive and food was great. Reasonably priced and the unexpected added bonus was having a waiter who spoke English. Speisekarte ansehen

Located a 10 minute walk from Besancons main square (Pplace de la Revolution), the pizzas here are consistently delicious, the service is efficient and prices are reasonable (€9 - 15)...WOULD recommend the goats cheese and honey pizza :)

After waiting for five minutes for a waiter to even acknowledge our presence by handing us a menu, we waited another ten to fifteen minutes while he proceed to faun on other customers and completely ignored us. We left and went to a better restaurant.

We don't go often eating in pizzerias, as mostly the competition is so hard they try to cut in prices and the quality suffers. This was the case here, it was entirely mediocre, I can bake a better pizza at home without an oven. The service and the patron were friendly and funny, if the pizzas were as good as they were, I would come again. Speisekarte ansehen

Spotted this pizzeria strolling around Besançon one evening and it was packed so we went the evening after. Had pizza Napolitaine and Pasta Gorgon zola . The very friendly server even advised we didn't order the sharing anti pasti as that was too much food!!We had desserts and coffee and came away having had a lovely evening! Would highly recommend Le Saint Nicola.Not pricey and a lovely feel about the place.

We came with a full extended family of 10 people at 2pm for lunch and the owner accepted to serve us very graciously despite the late hour. Our choice of main courses was limited to pizzas given that the cook had already left. The pizzas came in fast,in large sizes and were delicious. The Montepulciano d'Abruzzo wine was very good value for money and the deserts (panna cotta, tiramisu) excellent. A excellent address at very reasonable prices run by a very friendly owner.

We walked in on a Saturday night and they had a table free. The pizza was good - but we have had better. The service was ok - but one guy was trying to do everything - including take away orders. The price was reasonable but not really cheap. The decor, furnishings etc was very ordinary. In short it's a perfectly good pizzeria - but I've been in better and worse! It's very average. I would be disappointed if this really was the best pizzeria in Besancon. No way can it be the third best restaurant in the city in line with the ranking. So, if you fancy a pizza then it's fine - but don't go out of your way thinking its special. Speisekarte ansehen
