Le Train Bleu - Speisekarte

une piece magnifique du 20ieme siècle. un restaurant qui fait rêver aux voyages en France, ce fameux train vers la Provence et aux parfums exotiques. Bon menu / mais très cher. trois déjeuners pour 250 euros sans alcool.

Avant d’aller déjeuner ensemble, mon amie m’invite pour un apéro au Train Bleu, à la Gare de Lyon à Paris. Expérience unique. Le décor est super, l’atmosphère soft qui induit à la détente. Et la coupe de champagne était super !

Ce restaurant est un monument à lui tout seul au sein de la Gare de Lyon L ambiance le cadre l histoire la situation un mythe où la vie passe s arrête repart disparaît ...La beauté du lieu le plaisir dans l assiette une halte incontournable à Paris c est le rêve les yeux ouverts !!!! Nous sommes donc retournés dans cet endroit mythique, restauré, et quelle déception !Malgré un service impeccable, la cuisine n'est plus à la hauteur .......des prix surtout Des ravioles de langoustines au rabais et arrivées froides et un dessert au chocolat vieux de la veille La coupe de champagne ordinaire à 17 euros , bref, nous ne retournerons plus jamais, une belle déco ne suffit pas, bien dommage

En soirée avec un invité pour son anniversaire je me faisais une joie de lui offrir un dîner au mythique Train Bleu. Avec une réservation nous avons été placés au fond de la salle à côté des cuisines, la salle n'étant pas complète par ailleurs. Donc le décor superbe mais nous n avons pas vraiment pu en profiter. Quant au repas pris à la carte, rien de transcendant : champagne bas de gamme, saumon et espadon sans saveurs, bruts sans sauce, foie gras très limite non denerve, gâteau au chocolat très moyen. Cependant, le baba au rhum super et service efficace. Pour une addition de 187 € avec reduction j'attendais beaucoup plus de qualité et d originalité dans l assiette. Dommage!

This was our first opportunity to revisit a favorite Parisian restaurant, as it had been closed for renovations during our last visit in 2014. The work done really shows and the entire space seemed to glisten and sparkle, wonderfully enhancing and displaying the beautiful Belle Epoque interior.We had our standard favorite Steak Tartare, with Champagne and it was delicious. The tableside preparation is a treat and the presentation, on china with silver and crystal really enhanced the presentation. We found the service to be professional, polished and also friendly, a nice combination.It was a wonderful, leisurely and long lunch, just the right send off for us to then walk into the Gare de Lyo... Situated inside the Gare de Lyon, this is a beautifully and ornately decorated restaurant.The food was superb, and the service equally so - thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Didn't feel up to having a dessert, but the people around us were raving about the rum baba!!One of the waiting staff kindly offered to take our photograph as a memento of our visit: not satisfied with a straightforward picture at the able, he invited us further into the restaurant, clearing serving trolleys etc as he went, then took several excellent snaps of us with the full splendour of the room behind us - even kneeling down to get the right angle! My wife and I were a couple from Hong Kong. We came across this restaurant quite incidentally in the internet. After a day tour, my wife and I wanted our guide to drive us to the restaurant but as a local citizen he seem to have a question of where it was. The place was marvellous!! We had dined in the great restaurant of the Opera Theatre in Frankfurt and this one was not second to that. As first the servers seemed to be a bit cool and serious but we made friends afterwards and they were so kind in telling us the history of the place and also took pictures with us. Opět jsme navštívili restauraci Restaurant Le Train Bleu Paris (Île-de-France) na nádraží Paris - Gare de Lyon společnosti SNCF, tentokrát jsme se však místo na překrásny interier zaměřili na produkty její kuchyně. Co jim říkáte?My jsme si vybrali jako předkrm foie gras de canard cuit maison, chutney de griottes, gelée d’hibiscus (domácí kachní paštika, třešňová pomazánka, ibiškové želé (30 EUR)) a jako hlavní chod l’ espadon plancha, légumes crus et cuits en vinaigrette citronnée, avocat comme un condiment à la coriandre fraîche (grilovaný mečoun, surová zelenina a zelenina vařená v citrónové zálivce, avokádo jako koření s čerstvým koriandrem (40,0 EUR)) a l’ agneau gigot de nos régions rôt...
