Staff a bit rude and trying to dispatch us to get free tables. The city is nice in a global way and not to see particular places. Nice building

Arrived late in Rouen tired and weary but very happy we gound yhis restaurant! Great food great service lovely atmosphere try it you will enjoy!

Came here on a winters evening...nothing else open! Wow! Try the beef with cumin or sate crevette with ginger, it will make you happy. Salted caramel ice cream to follow. Probably the best meal we had in Rouen.

In the midst of a tourist area surround by many other restaurants this stands out. Good food and generousportions delivered with a friendly and helpful touch. The dinner was a very good experience which we started with raw salmon in tarrogon. This was the first and excellent surprise. Main courses were well presented and my duck in a brochette was superb. Will certainly go again.

After several days of rich food, we decided that we were missing some good beef and stopped here for a simple meal. Excellent brochette of beef in Herbes de Provence, tender and well cooked. My spouse liked the ratatouille with his brochette very much and I was in heaven with my creme brulee for dessert! The service was fast and helpful, they spoke English much better than my horrible French(thank you very much!) and we really enjoyed our meal. I would recommend this restaurant!

We arrived in Rouen on a Sunday which is probably the worst day if you are heading out for dinner. Most of our intended targets were closed and we felt that the general area around La Place de Vieux Marche was a bit seedy. Nevertheless we had some nice drinks nearby and eventually ended up at this restaurant. The food was really good, we had to go for a drink before our table was ready but everyone enjoyed the food. The staff were friendly and accommodating so this place gets the thumbs up.

This is the first restaurant my wife and I have ever walked out on before actually receiving a meal. The location was next door to our and so we thought it perfect for a visit. Unfortunately after being seated and being handed a menu in...the French language we simple asked if there was an English language version. The response give was that we should be able to read French or Asian which is strange given that there is no such language as ‘Asian’ With that response to our simple request we were just ignored as the waiter just walked away leaving us feeling rather embarrassed. It would have been quite simple to advise that no English menu was available and then to offer assistance with our se...

We had one night in Rouen. There is an area with many restaurants where this is an it caught our eye. We are a family of 4 and had 3 different adult meals and one from the child's menu. We had 2 puddings and some sweets. This with a carafe of wine (E14 for 1L) came to just under E100. The menu is based on different kebabs. We had two beef and one lamb. These were pretty good with the Mexican one a particular hit. You get sides with it and choose from rice, salad or baked potato. I thought these were a bit dull - eg plain boiled rice. I think these could be more exciting and perhaps offering something like hummus or a dip would be good. Alas the child kebab (which we had asked for well done)...

Sunday night in Rouen can be challenging if you are looking for a place to eat. After being turned away we tried Les Brochettes en Folie`s, menu was wide and with all the usual meats available, most dishes were cooked on a scewer and were very surprised on how good the food was. We had a chicken curry served with a small side salad of greens plus our second dish was a very large mixed salad which had a light olive oil and balsamic dressing, good bread and local white wine.This place is far cheaper than the surrounding restaurants with fresh salads and meats cooked without fuss.
