A magnificent setting, a perfect reception and the quality of the meal, a dessert dish that should be considered more traditionally to please as many as possible. In the box, the wine was included in agreement with the dishes. Knowing that a person did not drink, it would have been appreciated by the water billed or compensation (it would be by principle). The proposed choice between the pigeon and St Pierre was a good thing; a damage that a similar alternative was not envisaged for the unique dessert of a very special orange marnier that does not like the greatest number, for cause (3 on four left in the kitchen) that has a little frustrated for the final touch of this meal given its value!...
