"Our dinner at Le Val Joli was just one of the best on our trip to France. Friendly, if she rushed, staff of two. The waiter and sous chef was attentive and answered all our questions. We started with crab salad and mango fresh, light, deep flavors. The crab taste came through and was well complemented by the mango slice and sauce spices. The children also started with a Porc-Terrine very well, although simple and without accompaniment. Our entrees were the fish de la semaine and a lamb knuckle. The wild fish was made very beautiful. The lamb was soft and tasteful. We also had rib steak with creamy polnta very good. Desserts were excellent. Beautiful fruitcake. Pistachio, raspberry and cream. Chocolate cake with caramel ice cream that the children really liked. Well recommended."

"The reviews online were very good, so we decided to try this restaurant. The waiting staff was very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Unfortunately, the food left much to wish. The entrecôte de beouf was one of the most cheerful pieces of the encounter I've ever had. The caprese salad was really simple and only average. We jumped a dessert there and got dessert elsewhere. If you're in a hurry and just want fast, simple hotel food, it can be good. Otherwise I would skip it."

"Notre déjeuner dans cet établissement a tout simplement été à la hauteur de nos espérances. Un accueil soigné, des plats raffinés et une ambiance feutrée mais pas trop.Tout ce qu'il fallait pour nos faire passer un bon moment.Et le choix du menu dégustation "Au fil de la Carte"(72€), comprenant un poisson et une viande, a été une formidable découverte gustative.Aucun soucis pour modifier ce dernier. N'étant pas amateur du Foie Gras proposé dans l'entrée, le maître d'hôtel m'a gentiment proposé de l'échanger, presque gêné, contre des asperges accompagnées de magret de canard. Un délice.Le suprême de turbot ainsi que le pigeonneau étaient également de grandes réussites pour les papilles.La grande variété de fromages proposée fait également état d'une grande qualité. Les conseils avisés du serveur ne sont pas de trop pour finalement choisir en fonction de ses propres goûts.Et que dire du soufflé chaud à la liqueur d'orange de Grand-Marnier... Un pur délice pour les gourmands. La madeleine au yuzu l'accompagnant est également une très grande réussite pour les amateurs d'agrume!En somme, un repas exquis, très copieux, aux saveurs raffinées dans un cadre qui l'est tout autant.Un merveilleux moment.Merci à l'équipe du restaurant "Les Hautes Roches" pour cet agréable moment.Bonne continuation à vous."
