Ordered meal for the New Sylvester. Welcome very pleasant the dishes are prepared with great vacuum care to make the preparation for guests as much as possible. A little discovery, a real mess. We enjoyed each other from the beginning to the end. The chef is a real enthusiast who loves us to share the gems of his region, his history and his dishes. In the entrance, it was a buffet, everything was home and fresh, in flat, we had roast, which was a real delight, and for dessert a great pie. The chief knows what he's doing, he loves what he's doing. It's always a pleasure to eat in places of enthusiasts, to chat, to enjoy and to spend an excellent time.
