Went in for last minute tea and the staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome.

Profiteering rip off merchants, bottle house wine £30.00 AND the profiteering rip off merchants added a gratuity charge on top! Will never recommend or visit that conning overcharging profiteering place again

Lovely day to sit outside in the sun for a drink. We had booked a table for dinner later on. Food was way overpriced and I’m sorry to say the service was total rubbish. There was plenty staff but still very slow

Had the pleasure of dining in one of the 'pods ' this evening with my wife and in laws. My mother in law has not been out in months but I thought if we were in our own bubble she would be OK. Safe to say we all thoroughly enjoyed it, great food and a very unique, intimate dining experience. Staff were certainly on the ball and very pleasant. Overall a very memorable experience. Just left here after having a meal! For the price absolutely shocking! I had the haggis neeps and tatties! Which was quite clearly just out the microwave the “whiskey” sauce was like water! My partner had the beef which they gave her a butter knife to cut with it was clearly a saw she needed! And the staff well what can I say nothing but rude. We were never asked once how our meal was or if they could get us anything else! Even when leaving they never said thank you. Just stared at us as we left!! To be honest I think the sheer lack of customer service is down to the fact that a 10% tip is included in your bill. Clearly the staff don’t feel the need to be helpful. We stopped in on a rainy afternoon for some lunch in October of last year. We checked in and then were seated by the fireplace and brought menus. We opted for a burger for Morgan, and a steak and haggis pie for me, with sticky toffee pudding for dessert. Service was polite, and pretty quick. The only minor complaint we had was when Morgan ordered a whisky that he could clearly see on their bar, they had no clue what he was asking for. The food was phenomenal. Stopped in for a drink and to look at having dinner. I asked for a glass of the driest white wine they had. The bartender told me they were all dry and suggested an Italian wine. I got that walked into the other room sat down, took a sip. It was super syrupy sweet. I went back to the bar and talked to the manager. I told him I couldn't drink it was really sweet I'd ask for something dry. He told me his wine buyer said it was a dry wine oh so sorry, then walked to the side of the bar and dumped it out. Stayed in Luss for four nights. After having dinner here the first night we decided to dine here the other nights as well. Staff is friendly and helpful. There's plenty of tables but be sure to make a reservation, on weekend it's full. Menu has some really good options on it. And then there are daily specials. Inside it's a nice pub/restaurant. Very comfy and cosy. Our English Bulldog was welcome as well. Then they got a nice selection of drinks at the bar with lots of different and also local whisky.
