Lock Stock N' Burgers

Thank you for fitting us all in at a moment's notice (7 of us! . We had a lovely meal, really enjoyed the burgers, so juicy and tasty. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

Found the food to be really good, tasted fresh and the service was prompt and friendly. The children’s menu offered a decent little range of options and the portions were more than adequate.

Visited here for an evening meal whilst in Berwick upon Tweed for the weekend. Menu is simple but the food was really delicious. Best burger I have had for a long time and the chips were great too.

We were looking forward to trying here. Arrived at 7.45pm to be told they had sent the chef home as its so quiet ! Suggested next time we book. We did try to call the day before but phone just rang out. Suggest they get an answer machine.

The burger was fantastic and reasonably priced. I would have given this place at least 4 if not 5 out of 5 if it were not for the dog sitting next to our table, watching every mouthful and barking for attention. I am a dog-lover BUT I do not want to eat in a restaurant that allows dogs in. It is very unhygienic and unfortunately I won't be back.

Absolutely fantastic place, highly recommended if you are in the area. The service was great, very quick from start to finish and attentive throughout. The food is the real winner though. Fantastic burgers with juicy local beef and the fries were so good I had to try 2 types. The Loaded fries are the best I've ever had and the Chinese fries are great too. Oh and the shakes and cocktails went down a treat too.

We were unsure where to eat in Berwick upon tweed with my fussy children, and lock stock and burgers was a great choice despite there being a reduced menu, there was plenty of choice for all and they were very accommodating. We had the pbj burger which is peanut butter and jelly which was really flavoursome, fresh patty and great taste overall. The Chinese fries where also a must try, and the fried Mars bar was so good! Friendly service too.

Not for me, sorry Mr. Stott. On the website it states bringing a little bit of America to the town, I really don't think so. Both the exterior and interior are grubby and dirty, would not fly in the States Robert, have you visited recently? Philly cheese burger, tasty but very greasy (not natural juices, actual grease). Waffle fries, plentiful and tasty as were the halloumi fries, dipping sauce was lovely. The mac cheese, needs a rethink? Bland, flavourless, under seasoned not creamy at all and where was the cheese? Our waitress was absolutely fab, very friendly and knowledgeable. Tbh I am surprised to see Lock Stock at #5 in Berwick on TA, would not personally recommend.

I had booked well I advance of my trip to Berwick, I received a confirmation email, albeit my booking wasn’t confirmed until I had heard from the restaurant. I was in Berwick from the Monday, my booking was on the Wednesday, on Tuesday, I was thinking it’s strange they haven’t been in touch, I looked at my booking and realised I had put one digit down on my phone incorrectly, I emailed straight away to explain my mistake. Still nothing from the restaurant, on the Wednesday I walk down for my booking at 7:30 to find the place closed !!!! Why couldn’t they email me to say they wouldn’t be open ? Surely someone monitors emails, really very poor customer service in my view. I obviously can’t rev...
