"Ho trascorso una splendida serata al ristorante il casale pomodoro e basilico con la mia famiglia e alcuni amici. Il locale è situato in una zona tranquilla e panoramica di Palestrina, con un ampio parcheggio. L'ambiente interno risulta accogliente e caldo, con arredi in legno, Il menù offre una vasta scelta di piatti della cucina italiana, preparati con ingredienti freschi e di qualità. Tra le specialità del posto, ci sono gli gnocchetti a co' de soreca cacio e pepe e guanciale croccante , un piatto tipico della zona, saporito e cremoso. Abbiamo provato anche la pizza con prosciutto e mozzarella di bufala. La tagliata di manzo con lardo di colonnata era molto tenera e succosa. Per concludere in dolcezza, abbiamo assaggiato la sbriciolata ai frutti di bosco. Il personale è stato molto presente e attento, senza essere invadente. Ci ha consigliato bene sui piatti e sui vini. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo-quantità è eccellente, considerando la quantità e la qualità del cibo servito. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante a chi cerca un posto dove mangiare bene, in un'atmosfera familiare."

"Dopo la visita allo stupendo borgo di Castel San Pietro Romano ci fermiamo in questo ristorante con tavoli all'aperto e vista oltre l'infinito.Personale gentilissimo e cortese. E' disponibile un piccolo parcheggio in loco, ma se si lascia l'auto nel parcheggio pubblico all'altezza del Parco del Belvedere sono davvero due passi a piedi.Cucina locale e casereccia davvero gustosa, primi piatti al top.Buono anche il vino rosso della casa.Decisamente consigliato per un pranzo rilassante a due passi dal caos della capitale.Ritorneremo con piacere!"

"Last week we found an online promotion for this place and we told each other, let's go try, it's a stone's throw away from us! What to say, a welcoming atmosphere with warm atmosphere, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff and with great pleasure we tried different courses of their menu, accompanied by a really good Lazio red wine. All the leads we chose were well served and from the unique tastes, appetizing appetizers and details (snacks of pork, fried sage and fried trippa , simple and tasty rosticciata pumpkin, first delicious with quality pasta and with real truffle (potatoes and truffles... and second really indescribable and exquisite (beer cheek on smoked pure we also made the bis, but there was to do the tris as good it was!!! Only we were satis and wanted to try more... To finish we also tried their beers, for which we have tasted first the different types, really nice also in this, as well as in the changes posed for each course (it seems trivial however makes the difference and in the management of all our dinner! The only new one, if so you can say, is the menu that you can only see with qcode (but you are equipping for the paper , but it is our particular note because we hate to keep the phone at hand to dinner!!! So really personal and opinable opinion. We recommend everyone to try this local hidden in the village of Palestrina, not only for beer but also for the menu. Congratulations to the Chef and all the staff! Thank you very much, it was a pleasure and we will come back to visit you as soon as possible!"

"I assume that they were very kind, I went to the restaurant at 14e30 with the kitchen in closing and did not hesitate to accommodate us... regarding the excellent food cheese and ovo meatballs, regarding the first we took 1 peanut cacio and pepper truffle and a carbonara to the asparagus both very well made both the cooking of the pasta and the products used... finally we took a cheesecake uncomposed. The advice works well and always a smile ready also with those who arrive like us with the kitchen in closing."

"We had dinner on Monday night. We were five people. We arrive at 20:30, after an hour we take orders, wait 45 minutes for the mixed appetizer with:salu, cheese, grilled vegetables and frittatina. It's hot! Hot cold meat, hot cheese! Let's go wrong. about 22:30 we ask for the first, 40 minutes have passed since the start had shot us. a pinsa arrives, after 20 minutes arrive 2 before, after another 20 minutes one before and after 15 minutes the last first. Biblical times for everything! and we're talking about a Monday night, there were 5 tables occupied. 3 people take redones, a mistake; come lukewarm and hard for in a reasonable time (12 jets! We order 2 desserts, those arrive within 10 minutes and were good. I wouldn't recommend it."
