Good restaurant but unqualified staffs. Good ambience and good food. Few service staffs are pathetic.

We always enjoy ourselves at this restaurant. The service is consistently excellent and the food is delicious. We have no complaints and consider it our favorite spot for curry.

If you want to eat a generic prepared curry then order from memories of India. Boy scouts mixed vegetables with curry sauce from the tin would be much thd same. What a disappointment. Speisekarte ansehen

We had a great experience at this restaurant on a Tuesday evening around 7:30 pm. The food was of good quality and traditional, and the service was fast and efficient. The restaurant was clean and we were able to enjoy healthy portions that left us feeling satisfied.

Love this restaurant and the food. However last night was not a very comfortable experience. The waiters all had masks under their chins. The menus were dirty and one diner had an appalling incessant cough. No tracking details were taken and given the restaurant is...in an area seeing a surge in covid cases, more measures should be in place.

Gorgeous, flavoursome food but unfortunately service was below expectations. It took min for two of water to be brought over and when they did, it was in wine glasses even for a very young child. We went to Memories of India for our anniversary dinner last night as we visited Tiger Lily (opposite) last Thursday. Despite being busy, which was good to see, the standard of food was excellent as was the service and ambience. We spent most of this...year and last year in Surrey due to Covid and it's nice to be back in London to enjoy our favorite two restaurants in Osterley.

Great setting, very authentic. I suppose the fact that the majority of the diners were Indian reflects the quality of this place! Service was impeccable altho one of the waiters was a little too attentive although I must say this is better than being the complete opposite! Food arrived promptly and the management were happy to cater for my guests specific criteria, whilst not making her feel like she was asking for the world.. Some interesting dishes on offer, quality food, good choice of wines/ beers, friendly staff, well priced- check it out.....

My family had booked the conservatory area for my hen party. On the day, the owner phoned to check with us in the morning if the booking was fine it was. Then about before we are due to arrive, and my family have...arrived to decorate the room he tells us that we can no longer have it because it has already been booked. Even though we booked it weeks earlier and spoken about it on multiple occasions to check the details. To add insult to injury, the manager also tells us that we changed the date earlier in the week when no one did. Plus management called in the morning to confirm the booking.
