It was like a butter and cheese philadelphia type sauce. The peculiar flavor of Roqueford was not noticeable at all. The amounts in the dishes I believe have also decreased. 3- My son 's plate was brought cold. We asked the waitress if she could heat it up. They warmed him up but brought his plate when the rest of us had already finished. 4- the desserts promise more by seeing the menu than they are in reality.
