I don't usually leave reviews however my experience here recently is deserving of one. What an amazing experience! Our steaks were cooked to perfection, I wasn't entirely sure which steak to have but our host, Amanda, was able to help me choose with her in depth knowledge of the menu. I was able to enjoy a perfect fillet steak with her help. Everything ran smoothly, with very little wait between courses, and finished with a sublime sharing board for dessert. Absolutely wonderful. Thank you Miller Carter, and Amanda, for making our special night even better. We will certainly return again.

In contrast to some previous visits to other restaurants within this quality chain of steakhouses, our experience at the Newbury Park restaurant was incredibly disappointing. My boyfriend and I decided to treat ourselves to the chateaubriand steak which is intended for sharing. When it arrived, we wondered why it was so small and didn’t look like the cut we were expecting.
