Just popped in for a quick Coffee and a Scone. Lovely friendly welcome. It has a great outside space and it felt to enjoy the sunshine the day we were there.

disappointing venue, but fantastic meal. seafood freshly caught, right to the restaurant of their own boats and cooked excellent. lobster and skallops excellent!

The surf and turf meal here was great. Not quite sure how it fills each night (tourists but it seemed to when we were there and quite rightly too great food and friendly staff

what a great restaurant! the seafood cellar is huge, inexpensive and a fantastic selection bring a hearty appetit! in the did all dishes seem amazing lobster and other seafood, but a fine menu for so much more. be sure to eat. here!

We ate here as a family, and all really enjoyed our meals, even my super fussy kids! I had the Scallops, which were the biggest I have ever seen. I often order scallops when eating out, and not everywhere gets them right, however these were...cooked perfectly.

Very poor , half baked bread swallowed the not very good burgers, warm milkshakes, dog hair all over the seats, what more can I say ... paid dearly for the privilege too. Needless to say won’t be returning on my next visit ! I would...suggest employing a decent chef .

we arrived before the opening time and the owner, saw us waiting outside, offered us to open early only for us. what a beautiful beginning. for the case that we went for a walk, then back to lunch. the food was delicious, especially the homemade burger...was very tasty and cooked for perfection. service was great and the meal was excellent.

We had just arrived the Orkneys and being familiar with the problem of getting reservations for evening meals during the summer months were pleasantly surprised that we were easily accommodated by this restaurant. We ordered their special of 2 seafood platters with free bottle red...wine wine and were totally amazed at the size of the platters (my wife needed help finishing hers). Staff were extraordinarily friendly, making the who experience outstanding at a reasonable price!

On arriving we were told that they had our booking down for the following night, we were offered complimentary drinks whilst we had to wait for a table. When I booked earlier in the week I asked that steak and ale pie and steak would...be available as 5 of the 10 off us did not eat fish, I was assured that both would be available. We got to the table and ordered to then be told sorry no steak and ale pie! 3 steaks were ordered with peppercorn sauce, one of the steaks were eaten before this arrived and when my son tried his it was not a sauce it was warmed up cream with peppercorns in! We were not charged for some of the meals and the people who ordered fish were very happy with it but for me...
