Neelam Valley - Speisekarte

So tonight my and my friends decided order from here. Once it arrived, two of the orders were completely wrong and the food was cold. Would not go here again

Have ordered from here a few times now on both occasions we collected so food was ready in 20 minutes. Enjoyable tasty food and good prices too. Will order again from here for the curries.

Have reviewed here before and rated it highly but tonight’s meal was the worst. Everything was just tasteless. Ordered garlic nan was plain, curry was bland had no flavour at all. Garlic rice was tasteless. Very disappointed and will not be returning. Speisekarte ansehen

Just had a meal deal, chicken Dupiszi, pilua rice, chips, garlic nan, poppadoms, onion and mango chutney, and shish kebab, it was **** lovely, all for 12 quid, cus I'm on my own, saved half till tomorrow, lovely food, lovely people on the fone, highly recommended, good job guys, can't wait for my next delivery, only took 20 muns, and my food was fresh. The food at this restaurant is decent and arrives quickly, but there is a recurring issue where they forget to include all of the items in our orders. This results in us having to call and wait for the missing items to be delivered, then re-heat our food. We have also been questioned about our honesty, which is frustrating. After 8 years of dealing with these issues, we have decided not to give this restaurant any more of our money.

The food was superb! Delivered swiftly and was hot when I received it! There was so much we couldn’t eat it all! We warmed it up the following day in the microwave and tasted even better! I can’t fault the food it’s so tasty and plentiful plus the service and delivery are superb! Food is just amazing! If you read any bad reviews then they are telling dibs! Ordered 2 ‘large’ kebabs, pitta separate as last time it was soggy and horrible. So the pitta did come separate but the so called portion of salad and veg (chicken on my husbands) was absolutely tiny!! Rang up to tell them they had sent us a small. Was told its because we asked for the pitta separate. I said we shouldnt be hungry after 2 ‘large’ kebabs, his reply is we must be extra hungry?? Nah il go Werrington Grill where we get 3x as much. Thanks Neelam only been using you for over 15years, bad customer service on your behalf. Got friends who use you regularly, bad news travels fast unfortunately...

My husband and I ordered two meals from Neelam restaurant: the Murgha Keema Cheese Curry from the chef's specials and a King Prawn Biryani. Our food arrived within 15 minutes of placing our online order, and it was piping hot and well packed with no spillages. We also received complimentary popadoms with two tubs of chutney. The curries were colorful and delicious, with plenty of king prawns in the biryani and lots of chicken in the curry. The chicken was moist, white, and extremely flavorful. The total cost, including delivery, was £14.80, which was enough food for three people. We have plenty of leftovers to reheat tomorrow. I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could! Avoid at all costs! I ordered the 2 value box and a pepperoni pizza online to be delivered by 8:30pm. The value box arrived at 8:50pm, 20 minutes late, and there was no pizza included. The delivery person spoke very little English and quickly left without explaining. My partner called to inquire about the missing pizza, and we were told it was on its way. When we opened the value box, we found that the food was poorly thrown together with hard, stale, and cold chips, dry and overcooked chicken tikka, bland and soggy salad, and greasy donner meat.
