"I have used the Mumtaz virtually every Saturday for a number of year but no more. Today the so called medium curry was far to hot and was thrown away. I always praised the Mumtaz on there quality and the amount of meat in the curry. Today there was very little meat poor quality covered up with lots of sauce. It is now time to find a new Indian restaurant. I have to ammend my review. On Sunday out of the blue the manager of the Mumtaz arrived at my home to apologise for the poor quality of the food he gave me a very nice bottle of red wine and told me my next order was free. I was stunned and still cannot believe what happened. I will of course be returning. Thank you so much"

The food at this restaurant is delicious, with generous portions. It is an ideal spot for dinner, with prices ranging from £10 to £20 per person. I rated the food and service both a 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere a 4. I highly recommend trying the Pilau Rice, Mushroom Rice, and Poppadoms.

The service was excellent. I dined in for dinner and the atmosphere was great. I highly recommend trying the Chicken Tikka Masala.
