The service at this restaurant was terrible as the order taker struggled to understand English. The bacon that was served was also disappointing.

The staff make you feel welcome and valued. The food choices are excellent and fresh.i think the boss is from South America, which would explain the salsa mood about the place. I really like it. And really good coffee.

Located inside the Nicholson’s shopping centre this is an informal open plan deli that serves up freshly made soup, wraps, paninis, hot dogs and bagels with a variety of fillings. My choice of chicken tikka panini with extra jalapeños was absolutely wonderful. Speisekarte ansehen

I’m super fussy when it comes to coffee, but I can say with ease New York deli know how to make a good coffee. I always get a skinny flat white, extra hot and it’s perfect. You don’t mind paying for coffee when it’s good. Definitely the best place in Maidenhead to grab a decent coffee these days!

We called in here for lunch, not for the first time, and once again were very impressed. The food here is very good and reasonably priced, they also do a good range of both tea and coffee. Service is always good but what really makes the place is the friendliness of the staff, they are always cheery and make you feel welcome and want to come back.

I enjoyed a delicious BBQ Chicken Panini at this new restaurant today. I loved it because the Panini was so freshly baked, hot and had a beautiful taste. I also enjoyed a generously sized cup of tea. The decor suited the American style of this restaurant. I have previously enjoyed a delicious tuna mayonnaise panini lunch here and espresso coffees sometimes which I also loved. This restaurant has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I arrived at the shop promptly at 9, and the girl at the counter was extremely moody and grumpy. She rudely told me, "How can you enter someone's house when the door is closed?" I was taken aback and explained that I didn't come for free food, so there was no need for her attitude. The poor service completely put me off and I will no longer be returning to what used to be my favorite place. I wouldn't even give this place a single star.

The service at this restaurant was terrible and should not be in Maidenhead. The staff was horrible and spoke rudely. When I asked why, they replied that they were not being rude. However, their manner suggested otherwise. When I requested a coffee, I was told it was £3.50 and asked if I had the money. In shock, I asked if there was a problem with me, to which they responded with impatience. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he was not in. It was 11.30am and the staff did not speak English well. I was even told I was banned from speaking. Overall, a disappointing experience Over a Coffee.

Popped in to get a bite whilst waiting for something from another store nearby Nice open shack style decor as is current trend Efficient service but I missed some key info on the chalk boards and was not asked if I wanted a toasted bagel .Coffee Plenty of vegan options including my fave oat so all good and the coffee here is genuinely excellent and prepared quickly . Friendly service too I had a falafel vegan bagel my partner had bacon and avocado .Really fresh and full of good stuff but remember to ask specifically if you want toasted .One constructive suggestion A distinct lack of condiments only ketchup my bagel would have been perfect five star had it been lightly toasted and I could hav...
