New York Grill - Speisekarte

This isn't somewhere you're going to leave and rave about. But I don't really expect that at this kind of hotel. Set your expectations low, and there's half a chance they may be bettered.

We've visited here three or four times before and always enjoy the food and first class service. But since having additional dietary limitations imposed, recently, I wondered how they would cope.

Still very bad service attitude and speed, food quality is not good either. Plenty really good restaurants to choose in Bishops Stortford town, only 15min drive and taxi is about 13-15 pounds, highly recommend to go to Pircio or Cote. Speisekarte ansehen

Nice steakhouse in the Radisson Blu Hotel.Generous portion and nicely grilled food with a lovely flavour. Sides weren't too bad either and service was polite. A little pricey but one of the better places to eat at the airport if your hungry!

I like this place, it's expensive but way better than the other restaurant in the hotel Collage. The steaks are great, well cooked and the food is just the right amount. Overall, nice food, lovely surroundings and good staff, very attentive. Book ahead though

The food was at best ok, way overpriced, and service was almost an afterthought. We felt we were an inconvenience and in comparison the angel bar were friendly, warm, and welcoming. The new York grill could learn a lot by following the example of the angel bar where we went for our coffees and deserts. Speisekarte ansehen

Had a business dinner here on my second night and would recommend this small intimate environment as very unusual for a hotel. Lovely braised beef with dumplings for main course and knowledgeable staff who recommended a lovely wine to go with it,Look its not cheap but if you like good food and wine its worth it.

Well, starter salad was nice, pork belly bit dry pork scratches from the packet. Main budha bowl well nice just tiny, corn chicken small portions, average taste for 24£ per meal for maybe half a chicken breast. Just overpriced. Good for someone rich who already had dinner to go for a snack after. Well we paid in total 128£ for two and we are still hungry and not drunk :

Our first impression was that the staff were excellent. We selected three courses with a special offer on Spy Valley Pinot Noir, which was lovely. The bread and butter was of high quality and the French onion soup was very good, with plenty of melted gruyere cheese on top. My rump steak was cooked well but was a little tough and wasn't great quality, but the Beer Battered onion rings were fantastic. For dessert, I enjoyed spicy steamed syrup pudding with a beautiful custard. Unfortunately, we struggled to get the waitresses attention to pay and leave so I left and waited outside while my partner waited and paid cash for the meal. Speisekarte ansehen
