Menù accattivante: poche cose fatte bene. Cantina adeguata (Vini locali). Eccellenti gli antipasti. Il personale è super cortese e disponibile, l'atmosfera ospitale.

il cibo è buono, ma non speciale (la tonnato di vitello, comunque sì). ambiente piacevole e accogliente. il prezzo un po' oltre le aspettative. In definitiva, esperienza piacevole ma non so se tornerei

Faxione con coltello, vitello tonno, ragno tajarin, coniglio di pepe. dei classici della cucina piemontese eseguiti con cuore e abilità. assistenza e servizio puntuale. i proprietari. assolutamente consigliato

In the middle of nowhere, introduced by a friend while visiting Alba during the white truffles season. A small restaurant with very simple decoration. Surprisingly, all dishes were excellent (better than lots of star restaurant) and I highly recommended if you happened to be in Alba.

Lovely room lined with wine bottles. Wine list had good value. Tajarin with butter and sage, tongue with salsa verde were both stupendous, and came in small portions that allowed you to enjoy main courses (which were small too). Small menu of traditional Langhe dishes. Booking is mandatory. Relaxed, informal, with friendly service, though the staff were overstretched on the night we dined there.

We came on a Thursday evening and thank goodness our hotel made reservations for us because it became packed (but only for outdoor seating). We saw several groups turned away because they did not have a reservation and were unwilling to sit indoors. (Not a huge deal to sit indoors since there is no view in the outdoor seating anyway). The center of town in Treiso has plenty of free public parking, which is right next to the restaurant so that was convenient. This restaurant is part of the slow food movement and sometimes the dishes took so long to come out that we thought that 's what the slow food movement meant!
