Great food, good atmosphere and a very welcoming staff. Would highly recommend if you are in the area or live locally.

Had a great time with friends at the weekend to celebrate St. Patrick's Day! Great drinks and little plates (would suggest the Karaage chicken)! Will be back!

Absolutely hopeless. Tried to order food during a football match and was told there was a 1 hour wait. Unfathomable. How about hiring more staff when you know there’ll be more demand. That would keep everyone happy pub and chef would make more money, punter would be happy. But no. Just another sign of UK’s shiftlessness.

It's very exciting pub and restaurants where I found staffs are very friendly and helpful with there services. It has a traditional British food and fast food where its very pleasant to have a good time in the pub. It also serves all kind of beverage and soft drinks. It is located 5 minutes walk from near the turham station.

I decided to pop in here last week after finishing my shopping to get a bite to eat and a drink. The pub is really lovely and has a great atmosphere. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Angelo. The food was delicious and arrived really quickly. I would recommend getting the karaage chicken or the fish and chips!

We were looking for sky sports as our hotel and other pubs didn't offer it, for a football match that my husband was keen to watch. Turned out after ringing around, I found this near to our hotel. Brilliant atmosphere and garden, lovely food, polite and lovely staff. It was amazing. I definitely recommend it. My little boy also enjoyed it.

It’s my local pub, but every time I go in, I get the same great welcome. The staff make an effort to learn the names of the locals, and the team is really friendly. It would be rude to single out just one member of staff, but the last time I went in Angelo John were behind the bar and both greeted me personally and Angelo even knew my drink order from last time!

One of the best pubs I’ve been to in Chiswick, with delicious food and good service. The staff is friendly and helpful. Shout out to Kris and Angelo who made my experience even better. The pub has a great selection of beers, British classic food, and healthy options too. Also loved the fact that they have a kid's menu available. Will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Awful experience! Booked a table for 8 for a family lunch. When I booked I asked for a table by the window on arrival the seating was not available. We were offered a window table later! Both our starters and mains arrived stone cold. The staff were not helpful and the manager was borderline rude. This was not our first visit to the Packhorse but it will definitely be our last. It may be that they are unable to cater for large groups but we were all very disappointed. Cold food and very poor service.
