"The Palm Court is absolutely beautiful. The ambiance is welcoming and relaxed, especially with the professional welcoming from the staff and the piano music in the background. The afternoon tea was delicious. We enjoyed a variety of delicious dainty finger sandwiches, tiny cheese scones accompanied by a gorgeous red onion relish, and delicate pastries. My sister and I prefer savoury food, but the pastries were absolutely delicious (especially the chef's clever take on the jammy dodger biscuit). I would highly recommend ThePalm Court's afternoon tea for a special occasion, celebration, treat, or indulgence."

We made a reservation for afternoon tea, only to arrive at The Langham and discover that they do not serve it on Mondays or Tuesdays! The couple behind us encountered the same issue. The experience was just as good as the first time! Excellent service by the kind Ivan. Food was great, they made a change to my order due to preference and had the meal out in around a minutes turnaround. Only fault was that the main was slightly salty but did not take away from everything else. Superb evening in the beautiful dining room! Will be back soon!

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. Even though I had originally booked for two people, I called three times to see if I could change the reservation to three. Each time, I was told it was not possible. However, when we arrived, our table was set for four people, as were all the other tables in the restaurant. We were informed that they could have easily accommodated three people, but it was already too late. The sandwiches and savories were tasty, but the cakes were overly sweet and there were too many of them. The service, however, was excellent.
